MP3 Splitter & Joiner combines two Softmagic efficient and fast tools in a single product – MP3 Splitter and MP3 Joiner. Both of them produce high-quality MP3 files without re-encoding, with the same quality and bit rate of the original files, even if it is variable (VBR). Performance speed is certainly one of its main assets, even when splitting large MP3 files (up to 2GB).
MP3 Joiner will put together in a single file as many MP3 files as you need. You can set the output order easily by clicking on any of the columns in the information window, or arranging the files manually. ID3 information can be automatically copied from the original files, or added manually. You can also add silence in between tracks.
MP3 Splitter combines also manual and automatic functionalities. You can set your own cutting points or you can split your file into equal smaller files, using size or time as parameters. You can also apply an overlap to your split files to ensure continuity. A very interesting feature is that it can work using the information of CUE files to split the original MP3 into perfect tracks. You can also create CUE files to save your own work in progress.
MP3 Splitter & Joiner makes use of the Windows Media Player to give you the possibility of previewing any of your MP3 files. |
